• For a medicine prepared to order, how does the change address my own need?
• What other options could meet the same goal?

Ask what the evidence says.

• Which source supports the result being discussed?
• Did it study this exact product in people with my problem?
• What harm has been reported, and what is still unknown?
• How will we decide whether the plan is helping?

Check the people and the full cost.

• Who makes the treatment decision, and where can I check their licence?
• Which pharmacy makes and sends the medicine?
• What is the full cost of the visit, tests, medicine, and follow-up?
• What changes after an introductory offer?
• What will I pay for a visit that produces no prescription?

Agree on what happens afterward.

• Who can answer a medicine question?
• When will the plan be reviewed?
• What symptoms call for urgent help?
• How would an in-person exam be arranged?
• How do I end a membership or ongoing plan?
